SECURITY POLICY
We decide our security plans depending on the private situation and conditions of the site location, we have taken in the consideration the location inside the cities which will cause a direct contacts with the people’s daily life, we pay special attention for these situations to avoid causing any damages for their stuff or disturbing their daily life and get advantages of working near them for the security purposes.
SECURITY PLAN PRINCIPLES
1. Day and Night Security Protection.
2. Entrance Control.
3. Local Police Station Cooperation and Quick Communication Procedure.
4. Local Tribes Leaders (Shaikhs) & People Co-operation.
5. Work Uniform.
6. Visitors’ Names and Addresses list.
7. Response Procedures and Communications with the Local Police Officers.
1- Day & Night Security Protection
We provide 24 hours security guards activities; accordingly we have three teams of guards who work 8 hours each shift to assure day and night security protection to the site.
2- Entrance Control
We check the existing site situation to decide the typical security plans, and supply all needed parts, technology and machines which will assure the security of the site. The entrances and gates will be under security guards control.
3- Local Police Station Co-operation
We keep in contact with the nearest police station of the site, in order to inform them about our project; also we agreed to settle an active system of communication so that our security officer will be in continuous contact with them for information exchange and quick response.
4- Local Tribes & People Co-operation
It is our constant principle and policy to establish a very strong and active relationships with the local people and specially with the tribes’ leaders (Shakhs), we used to contact with some of them in our previous projects and we have agreed with them to cooperate and to get advantages of their people by joining them to our work and employ them as labors for different tasks.
We plan to let them believe that this project is useful for them during construction time and later on during operation time by serving the people of the area; this will make these people feel the project as their project.
5- Work Uniform
We use two different colors of work uniform, one for the daily available labors and the other for the temporary labors, drivers, suppliers, visitors, etc.
6- Address & Name List
We register all names and addresses of all visitors, operators, drivers, temporary workers, suppliers as a source of information for a security purposes:

A- Response Procedure
Our established plans based on a quick responses for any security problem happens in the site either during the work hours or after working hours, that active response based upon a good system of contacts and communication with the police officers, tribes’ leaders, MAACO office in the nearest city and head quarter of the group in Baghdad and the USACE resident and project engineers.
B- Responsibilities of Security Personnel
All security personnel/guards are government licensed for carrying weapons, properly selected and background reviewed, we insist upon hiring security personnel who have the proper training and experience.
